Return Policy for Pharmasales purchase orders

***Dispensing Physician Partners***

Return requests need to be made within 24 hours of product receipt (this is also notated on the bottom of ALL packing slips and invoices), this includes damaged and/or wrong items received. RMA requests need to be sent to ORDERS@SAFECHAIN.COMThe customer should never receive a blank RMA, it should come from someone in house at SCS already filled out with the name of who approved and the approved items.

-No returns will be accepted (unless as noted above)

-No credits shall be issued (unless as noted above)


***Wholesale & Pharmacy orders***

-No returns shall be accepted nor credits issued
