Return Policy for Pharmasales purchase orders

Return requests need to be made within 24 hours of product receipt (this is also notated on the bottom of ALL packing slips and invoices), this includes damaged and/or wrong items received. RMA requests need to be sent to ORDERS@SAFECHAIN.COM. The customer should never receive a blank RMA, it should come from someone in house at SCS already filled out with the name of who approved and the approved items.
